Key Responsibilities of the Reservations Supervisor

  • Maintain proficiency in all operating systems related to reservations and switchboard, including Avaya, Opera, Amadeus, Reserve, and Tiger Uno.
  • Ensure guest bookings are accurately configured with personalized details.
  • Supervise team members in the department in the absence of the Manager, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures as outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
  • Oversee that all correspondence is handled professionally and efficiently.
