Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Mills & Reeve. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skillset and join an expanding, diverse Commercial team. You will be responsible for researching and keeping up to date with developments in law and policy relevant to the Commercial team, sharing knowledge with lawyers to help them with their business development and client care responsibilities, and providing/organising internal training sessions and know-how updates to fee-earners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and stay up-to-date with legal developments and policy changes
  • Share knowledge with lawyers to support business development and client care
  • Deliver internal training sessions and know-how updates
  • Organise bespoke client training and knowledge resources
  • Provide advice and support to lawyers within the firm
  • Contribute to the development of business opportunities for the firm
Requirements

We are looking for a Commercial lawyer with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience. You will have strong legal technical ability, commercial acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have a commitment to thought leadership and the creation and maintenance of a strong knowledge function.
