Centre Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Centre Administrator to join our team at Canons Sports Centre. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the centre.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager with administrative tasks, membership recruitment and retention, receipt of monies, supervision of employees, and organizing events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Centre Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
- Recruit and retain members, promoting the centre's services and facilities
- Manage cash handling and petty cash
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Organize events and activities, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a sports or leisure environment
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary package, estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
