Job Title: Compliance Advisory Manager

Job Description:

We are partnering with a global alternative asset manager to hire a Compliance Advisory Manager. The role will report directly into the Head of Compliance and form part of a wider team.

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Real Assets business by providing expert advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time regulatory and compliance advice to business units within Real Assets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for business units on all compliance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including MiFID II, AIFMD, ESG regulations, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures tailored to the Real Assets business.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive compliance support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of compliance experience within real assets, real estate, infrastructure, or investment management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to real asset businesses.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to complex business transactions.
