Family Solicitor Position

We are pleased to be working with our client, a leading law firm, to find a highly skilled Family Solicitor for a full-time permanent position in St Neots. Our client is an award-winning law firm with Lexcel accreditation and recognition from the Law Society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters cases.
- Network and promote business through social media and events, showcasing expertise in family law.
- Resolve client claims, handle settlements, and prepare for court, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
- Draft, negotiate, and review court documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in family law, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters, with accreditation in Family Mediation, including MIAMs.
- Excellent commercial awareness, with a thorough understanding of the legal market and its trends.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
