Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Leader to join our team at DP World. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and manage projects, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
    • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Business Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Lead and participate in business improvement initiatives, including lean thinking and continuous improvement programs.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters open communication, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Experience and Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in project management, preferably in a logistics or terminal environment.
    • Proven track record of leading and managing projects, including experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
    • Strong business acumen, including experience with business planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    Requirements:
    • Eligibility to work in the UK.
    • Valid UK driving license or equivalent.
    • No unspent criminal convictions.
