Hydraulic Modelling Expert Leader

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, establishing best practices and driving project delivery. A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
Leading a dedicated team of hydraulic modelers and engineers, producing and running 1D/2D hydraulic models, Flood Risk Assessments, Flood Alleviation Schemes, and Drainage Strategies on various schemes. Providing technical support to the engineering team and contributing to the company's success in water systems and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
A degree in Geography, Civil or Environmental Engineering, or equivalent, is required. Membership in CIWEM or working towards membership is also essential. Proficiency in software tools like Autocad, QGIS, Infodrainage, Flow, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, Flood Modeller is necessary for this role.
