The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and other professionals to provide exceptional support and care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support students with SEMH and Autism needs, developing strategies to promote confidence and self-esteem.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement EHCPs and Behaviour Plans, ensuring student-centred approaches.
  3. Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes independence and social interaction.
  4. Maintain a registered Enhanced DBS check, adhering to safeguarding protocols.
