Key Responsibilities
  1. Process payroll accurately for both union and non-union employees
  2. Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Job Costing
  3. Maintain QuickBooks accounting software
  4. Reconcile credit card statements
  5. Complete Bank Reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a bookkeeper/office administrator
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to price and order construction materials for multiple projects
