Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Occupational Therapist to join our team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma/degree in Occupational Therapy and experience of working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will also need to have a working knowledge of a broad range of conditions and be able to present information in a clear and logical manner.
