Person SpecificationWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist who possesses the following qualifications and experience:
- Registered with and holds a licence to practice with the GMC.
- Minimum 24 months NHS experience.
- Experience of leading and managing a team of occupational therapists.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
