Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and produce engaging content across various media, including images, videos, graphics, GIFs, and written copy, ensuring it's tailored for different social media platforms.
  • Craft content that reflects the brand's tone of voice, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's identity across all digital platforms.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and emerging content opportunities, ensuring the brand remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business, particularly in Marketing and Events, to produce highly creative, engaging content that resonates with the audience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content creation or graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of brand guidelines and experience delivering content in line with them.
What We Offer:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week), with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • 22 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
  • On-site parking available.
  • Stunning office location in Warwick.
