We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team in Warwickshire, offering a salary up to £40,000 and hybrid working. The successful candidate will have expertise in motion graphics, branding environments, interactive displays, videos, animations, digital content, apps, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging animations and videos using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and provide visual solutions.
  • Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion within scheduled timescales.
  • Demonstrate creativity and flare in your work, showcasing character animation and 3D skills as required.
  • Able to articulate and visualize storyboards, designs, and ideas effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, & Photoshop.
  • Experience in audio editing for leveling VO and making seamless music cuts.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D animation and character animation is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
