  2. We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Management expert to oversee the revenue strategy for our boutique hotels and a new property.
  3. This role requires a commercially savvy individual who can develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies, optimize room revenue, and collaborate with teams to achieve market-leading performance.
  4. This position involves developing and leading revenue strategies for our boutique hotel portfolio and the upcoming new property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize hotel pricing strategies through the management of rates, rate levels, LOS restrictions, and other tactics based on demand and market conditions.

• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor pricing, adjusting rates and offers as needed.

• Ensure seamless rate management across all booking platforms, including third-party sites, direct bookings, and corporate channels.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align pricing strategies with promotional efforts and group bookings.

• Analyze market data, booking trends, and occupancy forecasts to make informed decisions that maximize revenue potential.

• Track and report key performance metrics to drive revenue and profitability.

• Provide timely and accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and market trend reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management within branded hotels

• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in branded properties, with a deep understanding of brand standards, market positioning, and competitive pricing

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies

• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve commercial goals

• Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and distribution channels

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders
