Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily maintenance activities, ensuring all building systems function optimally, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, ensuring all building systems function optimally and any issues are promptly addressed.
  2. Contractor Management: Oversee and coordinate the performance of various contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and quality standards.
  3. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe environment for tenants and staff by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Permits & Regulations: Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in building maintenance or facilities management, with a solid understanding of contractor management and health and safety regulations. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
