Development Lead

Job Summary
Wrightbus is seeking a highly skilled Development Lead to manage and facilitate NPD projects, from concept to commercialisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the product development process, including project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder co-ordination.
• Report to and assist the Head of New Product Development, and partner with the Engineering Management team to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Produce detailed weekly NPD metric reports for the Senior Leadership team, and ensure customer specifications are managed in line with budget expectations.
• Co-ordinate solutions to both technical and commercial challenges, and manage projects in line with company objectives.
Requirements
• A strong background in development lead roles, preferably in the automotive or engineering sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary
£62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience.
