The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance for a skilled Registered Care Home Manager to lead our residential service in Crymych, Pembrokeshire. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, support, and accommodation to young people with autism and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining CIW and County Council compliance.
- Monitoring quality and evaluating performance.
- Developing action plans and completing 6-monthly quality of care reports.
- Auditing care-related documentation and participating in CIW inspections.
