Road Freight Branch Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
The Role As a Road Freight Forwarding Branch Manager, you will manage the team of road freight forwarders, in-house customs coordinator, and warehouse coordinator/administrator. The team consists of around 10 members, mainly focused on the office, but they also manage a small holding warehouse. You will ensure the branch runs smoothly, that health and safety protocols are followed, and that deadlines are met. This role will include all the normal road freight branch manager duties.
Experience We are looking for a Road Freight Forwarding Branch Manager who has a road freight background. You should be able to manage a small team and possess a freight forwarding background. A basic knowledge of customs and warehouse operations is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided. The most important requirement is experience in road freight.
Location: Manchester
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Additional Information: Parking on site, well-established company.
