Business Transformation Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within Local Government, Blue-light, Health and Housing organisations.
- Support customers in digitally transforming services, including moving to the cloud, developing target operating models, digital by design, design by data.
- Help customers realise the benefits of transforming services and guide them through complex technology decision making processes.
- Seek out and develop new business leads and opportunities or grow new leads within existing customers.
- Be responsible for accounts, articulating a clear vision and achievable goals and supporting Hitachi's teams to develop and iterate products, strategies and roadmaps.
- Stay up-to-date with the changing digital and technology landscape and the opportunities they provide to improve the delivery of public services in the UK.
- Relevant industry experience across business development, public sector digital transformation and the technology sector.
- Demonstrable experience developing and managing public sector tenders and framework bids.
- Demonstrated experience of building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within both Hitachi and client organisations.
- High-level understanding of modern technologies used in delivery of cloud-based software products and ability to explain their purpose and constraints to non-technical people.
