Role Overview

As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to achieve their full potential and develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive in life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to our students, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being
Work collaboratively with our teaching staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each student
Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
