Reed is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Financial and Helpdesk Assistant. This dual-role position is perfect for someone with experience in finance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Assistant: Assist with annual audits, monitor invoicing, manage supplier ledger, process expenses, and handle timesheets.
  • Helpdesk & Contract Support: Handle general administration and financial tasks, coordinate job logistics, and liaise with clients and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in finance roles, with a preference for candidates with a background in SMEs.
  • Proficient with Sage 50, Sage Payroll, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in CIS, Reverse Charge VAT, and bank reconciliations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
