Sales Performance Coach

We are seeking an experienced Group Sales Trainer and Talent Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at K3 Capital Group. This exciting opportunity will involve identifying innovative ways for our people to learn and improve, while working closely with our sales team, Group wide managers, and HR Team to ensure we stay ahead of the game in terms of developing talent.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building crucial learning for the Sales Division and across the Group, including the development, implementation, execution, and coordination of all learning and development initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, with a typical working pattern of 2-3 days in our Bolton office headquarters, 1 day in another K3 UK office, and remaining days at home.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse the development needs of the sales team, collaborating with Sales Managers to design and implement needs-based training and coaching Group wide.
- Implement individual development measures, including coaching, and design and deliver inspiring Corporate and Local Onboarding.
- Regularly monitor the success and report to improve high-quality standards, and design and deliver Sales Academies, Management Training, Soft Skills Development, and Early Career Talent Programmes across the Group.
- Align within the Sales team and HR Team on strategy, planning, and priorities, with a matrix reporting line to the Chief People Officer and Sales Director.
- Relevant experience in a dynamic sales environment creating and delivering group and individual training and learning interventions.
- Confidence, strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills, with a clear understanding of the development and achievement of a learning culture.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a working knowledge of all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
