Automotive Demand and Supply Chain Expert

Job Summary
In this role at INEOS, you will be responsible for supporting the Demand and Delivery Lead with sales reporting requirements, ensuring both regional teams and senior management have clear reporting on current order intake, stock position, and sales forecast.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust demand planning models to optimize inventory levels
- Implement early warning systems to monitor sold vs. unsold inventory
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring efficient delivery from production to customer
- Implement efficient sales delivery tracking systems to enhance business visibility and ensure on-time deliveries
Requirements
- Experience in the Automotive industry
- Knowledge of demand planning, sales coordination, and delivery management in the automotive industry
- Experience of CRM systems such as SAP C4C or similar
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Inquisitive nature, identifying areas for improvement while balancing continuous improvement with day-to-day operational responsibilities
Working Environment
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and priorities is essential.
