We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Management Professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and senior management team to ensure the store is run efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
As a Restaurant Management Professional, you will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members to provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store is maintained to a high standard, and that all team members are trained and developed to meet the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will have proven management experience, ideally gained in the restaurant or hospitality sector. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent leadership and team management skills. You will be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be able to travel to other stores as required.
