About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at CPM. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Diageo's premium alcohol brands, including Smirnoff, Guinness, and Gordons, to on-trade venues in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field sales visits to promote Diageo's spirits and drafts portfolio
  • Educating licensees on how to increase their alcohol sales and providing informed recommendations
  • Activating products in venues using POS, sampling activities, menus, and other activations
  • Running quality checks to ensure consistent quality and serve standard for Guinness and Draught Cocktail
  • Reporting back insight and information gained during calls
  • Building strong business relationships across the On-Trade

  • A competitive salary of £26,265 + up to £3,000 bonus per annum

  • Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Account management experience is highly desirable but not essential
