The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety procedures.
  • Manage controllable costs and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional service standards.
