Planned Maintenance Contracts Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee our planned maintenance contracts in the Yorkshire region. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing contracts, ensuring quality, time, and cost constraints are met. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing daily contract operations to complete work to quality, time, and cost constraints
• Ensuring Health and Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments are effectively communicated to site staff and contractors
• Mobilizing allocated projects and understanding and managing the program of works
• Managing workforce productivity, quality, and adherence to specification
• Communicating with site teams and workforce regarding expectations and performance
Requirements:
• Proven experience in contract management
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
