About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Contract Manager to join our team at PRS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of maintenance and M&E engineering services within contractual guidelines.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the Facilities Management Sector at Senior level, with a strong track record of managing multi-site contracts and overall account management. You will be commercially savvy, with working knowledge of SFG20/CAFM/Concept, Excel, and IT Skills.

The role offers a salary of around £60,000 plus car allowance and competitive extras. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all contractual obligations within the Account, including M&E Maintenance, Facilities Management, Statutory Compliance, H&S auditing, Team Management, and Reporting.
  • Oversee supervisors, FM's engineers, and support personnel, working closely with a national end user, and reporting to head office and Director level personnel.
  • Ensure effective completion of PPM & reactive works, both direct and sub-contractors, and update asset lists, schedules, and instruction sets on the computerised maintenance management system.
  • Contribute to the appraisal of staff and suppliers, ensuring Risk Assessments, COSHH records, and safe methods of work records are held on each site.
  • Direct client liaison and partnering approach to the operations on each facility, ensuring accurate reporting to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Facilities Management Sector at Senior level, Account or Senior Contracts Management.
  • Experience of managing multi-site contracts and overall account management, with P&L experience, Compliance, and H&S focused.
  • Commercial savvy, with working knowledge of SFG20/CAFM/Concept, Excel, IT Skills, and evidence of high quality experience in Building Services.
  • Excellent client facing and man-management skills, ideally with a technical building services background.
  • Able to pass required clearances and bespoke checks.
