About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our project management consultancy team in delivering high-profile rail projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project management strategies that meet client needs and expectations.

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead project management teams in the development and delivery of rail projects.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure project alignment with their business objectives.
  • Maintain robust project governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve timely and budget-friendly outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional qualifications in project management (e.g., APM, PRINCE2).
  • Strong experience in rail project management, preferably with Network Rail or similar clients.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to motivate and lead cross-functional teams towards successful project outcomes.
