Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Railway Structures Manager to join our team in Wales. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading the area structures engineering input to the structures asset management process, providing expertise to the team, and managing the scheduling of examination, inspection, monitoring, and assessment of structures assets.

You will also be required to develop interim mitigations and permanent interventions for sub-standard strength structures, monitor trends arising from structures assessment work, and manage the production of structures asset maintenance, strengthening, and renewal plans.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
