Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to lead our multi-officer team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in security supervision, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring that all tasks and duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • To create and implement rota patterns that meet the needs of the business.
  • To provide training and mentoring to new staff members, promoting their development and growth within the team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years previous security supervision experience leading multi-officer teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Experience creating rota patterns and providing training and mentoring to new staff members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Hold a valid SIA Licence.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
