VPL Forensic Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Community Care Leadership Role professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing packages of care for individuals with mental health needs and acquired brain injuries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Risk assessment and care planning around individual client needs.
  • Supervision and appraisal of staff members.
  • Monitoring support packages, including reviewing support worker documentation.
  • Effective communication with clients, their families, staff teams, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Rota management.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills in community care, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals. We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, inclusive of on-call responsibilities. Additional benefits include:
