Job Title: F&B Administrator / Co-ordinator

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Office based opportunity to work from home on a Monday or Friday once onboarded)

Package: 25 days holiday plus BH's, Parking Space, Free Lunch, 7% Pension contribution, discounted events.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our Conventions Catering Team to provide administration and account management support. Conventions food and beverage (F&B) is a fast-paced and exciting part of the business.

As a coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating information and working across multiple databases
  • Account managing small events and clients
  • Creating and maintaining menu packs and price lists
  • Undertaking general administration duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • Co-ordination experience in a fast-paced and commercial office environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage their own time and workload
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver results
  • Commercial understanding and ability to review and summarise information
  • Flexibility in approach to work

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned administrator/coordinator to work in the fast-paced events environment.
