About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Chestnut Manor Care Home in East London. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their dignity and independence, and helping them live happy and healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as washing and dressing, developing individual care plans, and helping with meal choices
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Prioritize workload, manage time, and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

About You:

We are looking for individuals who share our values, have a caring nature, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
