About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Falls Safety Instructor to join our team. As a Falls Safety Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to exercise gently and safely, reducing the risk of falls and promoting overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver exercise programs tailored to individual needs and abilities
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on safe exercise techniques and strategies to prevent falls
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless referrals and support
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer progress and program effectiveness
Requirements
  • Relevant coaching or teaching qualification (Level 1 or 2)
  • Experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities or mobility issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
