About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self-Defence Coach to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As a key member of our sports coaching team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality self-defence sessions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging self-defence programmes for customers of all ages and abilities
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of new programmes and initiatives to meet customer needs
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of sessions, including equipment set-up and take-down
  • Undertake administrative tasks associated with the position, including customer communication and promotion of centre services
Requirements
  • Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification from a relevant governing body
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet customer needs
  • Strong numerical and written skills
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and different learning styles
