Job Description:

As a skilled Document Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of water and wastewater projects for Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate project documentation.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining project handover delivery trackers, uploading subcontractor documents to TWEXnet, and monitoring Business Collaborator Assure and closure in RAG. You will also maintain site folders for efficient archiving and retrieval, complete archiving on project completion, and liaise with Project Handover Managers and Project Managers on project status and missing documentation.

You will have the opportunity to utilize your planning and project management experience to oversee the successful execution of these tasks, ensuring seamless communication with team members and stakeholders.
