About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, including the care and education of our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and education to our children
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of care and education
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for our children and staff
