Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool at Maidstone Hospital are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of GOOD. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Room Manager to join our team, assisting in giving our children the best start in life.
About the Role
As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps. You will also ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
