Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Maidstone Hospital are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of GOOD. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Room Manager to join our team, supporting us in providing the best possible start in life for our children.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
