Key Responsibilities:- Lead the EMEA PMO Team, comprising Project Coordinators and Analysts, to deliver services to the EMEA Business and its Project Management Teams.
- Develop and implement a strategy to provide direct support to Project Management Teams in their day-to-day activities, including the transition to new working practices for the upcoming ERP migration.
- Hold line management responsibility for both onshore and offshore team members, with process ownership remaining with the EMEA PMO in the UK.

- 5+ years' experience working in a project-focused environment.
- 2+ years' experience in a supervisory, team lead, or line management role.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work with numeric data.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Salary up to £60,000.
