About the Position: Maxim Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Construction Disputes Resolution Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have relevant MSc in engineering and/or Construction Law and Disputes LLM, leadership and management experience, and exceptional writing skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the planning team, determining schedules, monitoring programmes, and understanding risks. They will also need to write reports that can be used in negotiations as well as formal dispute resolution procedures including adjudication, mediation, and litigation.
