We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead our rental sales team and drive profitability at our high-volume airport location.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the Station Manager to develop and implement strategies to maximize incremental sales.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance and drive sales growth.
- Manage staff performance through regular reviews and coaching sessions.
