Job Title: Residential Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Support Coordinator. In this role, you will work with young adults in a residential setting, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

About the Role:
As a Residential Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Providing 24/7 support to residents, including emotional, practical, and social support
• Developing and implementing individualized plans to meet the needs of each resident
• Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external agencies
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting residents
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on resident progress

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young adults and has the following skills and qualifications:
• Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with vulnerable populations

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £78 per hour, which equates to an annual salary of approximately £25,000. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as access to a range of benefits, including health insurance and a pension scheme.
