Job Description

The ExecThread is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive technology and digital plans. As the Head of Technology and Digital Development, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's infrastructure aligns with its growth strategy and is continuously enhanced to meet the demands of new technologies.

This role involves leading the development of a multi-year roadmap that aligns with the strategic plan, managing technology-related risks, and overseeing data governance, information security, and cyber resilience. You will also be tasked with championing digitization, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and leading a team to deliver the desired outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership position, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective technology, digital, and data strategies. Expertise in systems architecture, procurement of technology products and services, and managing suppliers is essential. You will also need to have experience in delivering an end-user environment for over 100 internal users, proficiency in cloud-based service platforms, and a strong background in digital and data IT security, including cyber security.

The ideal candidate will also have a history of successfully managing departmental budgets and be adept at leading, managing, and developing a team to their full potential.
