As an Amputee Rehabilitation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term vision for the amputee therapy team, ensuring delivery of the highest possible standard of service.
Main Responsibilities- To provide highly specialised acute and early rehabilitation to Amputee patients, including pre-operative assessments.
- To develop a comprehensive understanding of complex rehabilitation processes and ensure effective teaching of less experienced staff and students.
- To work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including Consultants, specialist Nurses, and specialist AHPs, to deliver exceptional patient care.
- To supervise and appraise members of the team, supporting their development and growth within the role.
The ideal candidate will have significant recent experience in Amputees, substantial experience at Band 6 level, and close working relationships with Multi-disciplinary teams. Salary: £53,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
