As a Junior PA, you will be responsible for supporting our Executive Assistant in scheduling and meeting coordination for the Senior Management Team (SMT).

  • Diary management of the Senior Management Team (SMT)
  • Assisting current Executive Assistant with ad hoc tasks as requested
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings for the SMT
  • Setting reminders for meetings and events
