We're looking for a skilled Clinic Scheduler to join our team. As a Clinic Scheduler, you'll work closely with our healthcare teams to ensure seamless scheduling operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling for medical appointments and procedures
  • Manage clinic schedules and calendars
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Education: A-level or equivalent
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
  • Skills: Strong keyboarding and computer skills, fluency in spoken and written English
  • Preferred: Medical Terminology course completion
