**Company Overview**

Tesco Pharmacies is a leading provider of pharmacy services in the UK, with a commitment to delivering the highest standards of patient care and customer service. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our pharmacy team as a Duty Pharmacy Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of pharmacists and technicians, ensuring that we deliver the highest standards of patient care and customer service. They will also be responsible for managing the pharmacy budget and contributing to the development of business plans and strategies.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a welcome bonus of up to £6000 when you join us and annual bonuses of up to 20% of your annual salary. You will also receive a contributory pension scheme and access to exclusive training programs, including a pharmacy training program in partnership with Diabetes UK, Cancer Research UK, and British Heart Foundation.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must have a pharmacy degree and membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You should also be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undergo a DBS check before employment.
