About the Role

As a Pharmacist with The Boots Company PLC, you will be providing exceptional patient care and expert advice. Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing pharmacy strategies to deliver high-quality patient care.
  2. Making informed legal and ethical decisions within the pharmacy setting.
  3. Developing store teams' pharmacy capabilities.
  4. Conducting regular reviews through audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety.
  5. Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.

The ideal candidate will have a caring character, a passion for community pharmacy, and excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services. They should also possess strong communication skills, being able to put patients at ease and effectively meet their needs.

What We Offer
  • A generous salary in the region of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
